Beach Villa Alexander This luxury 4 bedroom villa is situated in Ayia Thekla on the outskirts of Ayia Napa. The Villa is on a quiet complex 100 meters from Ayia Thekla beach. A short 6 minute drive will take you to Ayia Napa with its host of shops, bars, restaurants and night clubs and the famous Nissi Beach. Waterworld, the largest water park in Europe is just a 2 minute drive away and the villa is 25 minutes drive from Larnaca Airport.
		As the owners of these 2 luxury villas we pride ourselves with providing a high standard of service for our guests. Both of our villas are thoroughly cleaned throughout before the arrival of our guests. Our standard of cleanliness is exceptional. All beds are provided with mattress and pillow protectors which are washed and changed at the end of every stay. All bed linen, towels and beach towels are also provided. Regular cleaning of the swimming pool with chemical check and regular chemical check and filter cleaning of the hot tub. Outside areas are cleaned where necessary. At the end of each stay the hot tub is completely emptied, thoroughly cleaned and refilled with fresh water ready for the next guests
