We require a refundable deposit of £300.00 against
damages payable on arrival in cash to our Cyprus manager refunded on departure subject to a satisfactory inspection of the property.

Payment through bank transfer

Electricity: After an acceptable usage of 200 units per week a charge of 50 cents per unit will be levied.
Air conditioning should be turned off when the villa is unoccupied to avoid extra charges being incurred.

The units are very effective and can reduce the temperature to the required level within minutes.
