A 20% non refundable deposit is required to secure booking the balance is payable 8 weeks before arrival.

We require a refundable deposit of £800.00 against damages payable on arrival in cash to our Cyprus manager and returned on departure subject to a satisfactory inspection of the property.

Electricity:  After an acceptable usage of 400 units per week a charge of 50 cents per unit will be levied

Air conditioning should be turned off when the villa is unoccupied to avoid extra charges being incurred.

The units are very effective and can reduce the temperature to the required level within minutes.
